Stable but Not Home

Our Bandito is still at the vet, poor baby. He was still unstable on Saturday, and he was kept through today, at which time we are awaiting an update, and hopefully he comes home today. Here he is with that wonderful "is that a can opener I hear?" expression on his face:

And one of my very favourite photos of him:

  2. I am so sorry. I hope they can get him better and he comes home.

I had a diabetic cat who went into a semi coma and they brought him out of it. He wasn't the same but he still lived for a few years after that. It's amazing what they can sometimes do.

Paws crossed over here for you,

  6. We are all purring and purraying for handsome Bandito. And what a cool name. I can see why you named him that, he has a built-in mask.
That first photo is priceless, that is the exact expression they get.
All seven of us Sherwood Kitties are revving up our purring motors.

  10. We're sorry Bandito has been so sick. We send purrs and barks for Bandito to get well enough to come home soon!

Oh, dear, the dreaded evil word verification. Please consider turning it off. Many bloggers can not read the new system, try once or twice, give up and move on. We will try to leave this.

  11. Thanks so much everyone - it means so much to us here. Bandito still holding his own at the vet - he is going to have a blood test while he's there - given his age. Sigh. Again, thank you all. And Jan - word verification is off - I too hate it :)
